Print it!

Ok....this "all-dress-week" project didn't work out cause:
1.I had nobody to take a picture of me, aaaand
2.today i wore jeans....(sorry, couldn't resist....i missed them).
I promised myself to try it out once more...it just needs to show some discipline

Anyway, while i was at the library studying there was this girl who was wearing a t-shirt with a really  funky print on it and it just came to me....the new obsession (for the day at least) COOL,PRINTED, HIP T-SHIRTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They look so cool and fresh, 100% compatible with both our age and status (students), and it just seems right.
I know it's almost Christmas, but you can really make a winter-outfit with a t-shirt just by choosing the colors to be right and appropriate to the season, adding a woolen cardigan, or a lovely parka
(sometimes even with a fur coat),and some boots (i prefer UGGs) and you're all set...I'll do it for tomorrow and let you know what finally occurred

Loose Low & Sleek

Loose & low
That's the way ponytails are done nowadays, and i dare say  tend to love this trend every day more and more, since i have classes to attend to in university at 8 o'clock in the morning, which means I need to wake up at 6.30 in the morning (!). However, somehow i've never managed to wake up so early to go to class (!!). Anyway, ponytails. I've became such a big fan of them cause they are the most easy-to-achive-while-sleeping hairdo. All you need is straight (long) hair and a rubber band (or you could even add a big ring and glam it up!!). But attention, your hair must be sleek...
There is only 1 word that goes with them
Effortlessly
Done & Stylish

P.s: as you may have realised i prefer the low ones, near the neck.

Mida's Touch

We've seen it in runways. We've loved it, but is it wearable outside from the catwalk (on an extremely special occasion of course) or is it still too much?
And if it is why do they always show us trends that are not easily wearable?

Oversized Warm & Fuzzy

So, I finally managed to find some time to sit in front of my laptop this weekend after studying like crazy Port management for tomorrow's exam and practically camped in the library for like two days.....(slightly stressed about tomorrow, BUT I'm fully prepared, since I've studied the book and the notes and everything about 8 to 9 times-without any exaggeration!!!).
Anyway though, what i wanted to do all weekend is to post about jumpers.Especially this morning, because as soon as i woke up all i noticed was the darkness outside (for the record it was 07.50,should be daylight) and a really grey sky filled up with big storm clouds (breathtaking).Aaaand i was thinking "what do i wear now,so i don't end up with pneumonia,eh?", and then it came to me:
Jumpers
Oversized,warm & fuzzy
!!!

Ok, for sure without the shorts. It's cooold...

Ashley i reckon...

Clutch It Up

Clutches....we' ve seen them,we've held them,we've loved them. And who could blame us uh? Being so cute and stylish and..and..and....But, let's see them through a 360-degrees-point-of-view.Ok, i admit they are to die for most of them, and yes they take your whole outfit to another level, but on the other hand they are 100% easy to get lost, forgotten or even worse mugged by a skillful (even though i guess that in that case overwhelming skill shouldn't be needed) pick pocket. I don not find them practical but since I'm also a girl who loves fashion and everything that goes around it I love them too.
Just remember to always hold them and not leave them even for a second (after all the cause a level-up to your whole appearance).

Ahhh..Those Rainy Days

The past couple of days it has been quite chilly over here in Athens (at last if you ask me!...) and let's face it the vast majority of Greeks dislike cold, windy, rainy(etc) sort of weather. Or even if we (like it) we aren't used to it (at least not from the early October days), so....as i 've been walking around Athens downtown i've noticed beside the "well-dressed" and "stylish" people (they were a few, oh and i don't like using these terms so feel free to give any suggestions on commentary...) many,many,many^98657983 "fashion-victims"(?maybe) "over-achievers"(?perhaps).Anyway, i saw people in UGGS, in sandals , in flip flops, in peep toe flats, in fur booties,in coats, shorts....even fur vests (!!!!!??!?!!!???!!! for crying out loud it's only October yet!). Notice that:
Fact #1: It was raining
Fact #2: It was JUST raining.NOT snowing
Fact #3: Since it was a rainy day by definition it was NOT sunny
Fact #4: Temperature level 17-24C
So why people? Why are you dressed to the limits, either overdressed for now (eg. uggs_IN ATHENS DURING OCTOBER?!seriously?!, fur garments, etc),either too lightly dressed for now (eg.sandals, shorts and peep toe shoes during a rain....).What are you going to wear in December?skiing suits?

Here are some examples of what (is to my opinion )appropriate for...now:
And of course, when it comes to bad weather the Britons have it again!!!!!!! (GO ALEXA!!GO EMMA!!GO SIENNA!!)

p.s : I know SHE would be like this after all these...

Trench it up...

I've been wondering for the past couple of days whether the weather (hahahhaha) is suitable for a trench coat.I have quite a few of them (in lot's of colors not just beige) but the problem with Athens's climate is that during spring it's (most of the time) either way too hot for a trench coat, or way too cold for one. These days (and while speaking about the temperature) it is just perfect, BUT it's ALWAYS SUNNY and i feel quite dumb to go out on the sunshine (with a lot of wind though) with my trench coat (and act British if i may add........).Decisions decisions....

Nicely Messy....

Braids.....the most ideal, highly stylish  hairstyle for the season(as you may have already realized since more and more designers choose braids as catwalk hairstyle, and celebrities also). Not too strict (for winter), nor too loose (for summer time), yet preppy enough you know for uni/school/office etc.....They have been my passion lately. Everyday you'll see me with a different type of braid, though my favorite tends to be the french one. I believe they are extra feminine.Ideal for long hair mostly, even though i believe that to be just a myth, braids look lovely in all hair types and lengths (it's just harder to make in short hair, but it's "doable" at least).
the one i do every day (almost) is one (or two often) tinny french braids with the bangs of my hair...
So people ,embrace messy hair and DO SOMETHING WITH IT(!!!!!!!!!!) don't let it be just like that.....(from personal experience)
